Brittney Kara was born and raised in Los Angeles California. Brittney always enjoyed the arts and began performing at age 5. From the ages of 5-12 Brittney was a competitive national gymnast, a classical violinist, a singer, dancer, and musical theater performer. She was raised in a very holistic and nutrition centered house, which instilled great values on how to take care of one’s health. These values would be a catalyst for change later in her life, and ultimately lead her to her life’s purpose; transforming lives.
At 13 Brittney fell suit to some personal challenges and turned to drugs and alcohol. By 14 she was a full blown drug addict. Knowing that she wanted and deserved a better life, Brittney got herself back on track. She began to study detoxification and cleansing of the body, mind, and spirit in order to regain her own health. At 16 she was clean, sober, and back on a path of health. She made a vow that one day she would help others detox their lives and discover their true greatness. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science. Her love of Politics and wanting to make the world a better place led her to her activist work today. During her college years Brittney worked as an actor and model in Hollywood landing roles in numerous commercials, TV shows, films, music videos, theater, print ads, and web series. Although acting was a passion of hers, she knew her calling was in the health and wellness field.
In 2007, she partnered with a global wellness company called Isagenix, and began educating people on the effects of toxicity, lack of nutrition, stress, and obesity. Since then Brittney has personally coached thousands of people all over the world to better health and well-being as well as assisted hundreds in creating additional income streams from the comfort of their homes.
